MHM Communication Policy & Quotation:

Our Executive will call you for better understanding ,Once you make the payment Personal Architect will be assigned to you who will guide you at each and every level.
The Price quotation of the project will be based on Total Built Up Area (in sq.ft.)

MHM Refund Policy:

Modernhousemaker.com will try to satisfy you for each and every effort and we ensure that the same is to be handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if any client wants any changes in drawings will change it until his satisfaction, we do not entertain refund requests because we are a service provider, but for the convenience of the client we have given them change options as per the services hired by the customers.

Local Codes and Building Regulations:

Every country, state, city and municipality does have its own building regulations, bylaws, zoning requirements, codes and ordinances. Therefore, your plan may need to be modified to comply with local building requirements. Drawings will be as per Bye-laws provided by client and all the responsibility shall lie with him/her only.

Delivery Policy:

Time spent in the Project to complete all the services will totally depend on the satisfaction of client drawings and will be delivered within 3 days max individually.
Timely payments: The drawings will be sent only after successfully receiving the payments as per agreed payment terms.
Timely communication from the client: If required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Modernhousemaker.com.

Completeness of information provided by the client:

Needs to fulfill the requirement sheet very carefully.
If the requirements get changed from the initial requirement sheet, an extra amount will be charged.
Delivery Schedule: After Successful receiving of payment and enough detail of the project from the client or requirement sheet, Plan will be sent (By whatsapp/email) within 3days (Max).
Deadlines will be applicable after finalization of the details from the client.
